Forum of Special Assistants in Lagelu local government has hailed the council chairman, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen for an impressive start in his first 100 days in office.

Hon. Yusuf Olatunji, coordinator for the forum in his statement on Monday described a leader who’s doing his bit to restore an active purpose and to renew the commitment of local governance to change and progress.

“We now have a Chairman dedicated to growth, development and community engagement; a Chairman determined to help Lagelu indigenes and residents weather the winds of change; a Chairman committed to restoring responsibility; a Chairman devoted to placing the people at the center of their own government”, Olatunji said.

“Within the first hundred days of his ongoing term in office, Chairman Kamorudeen has charted a clear path to community renewal— with varying action plans designed to boost the local economy, create jobs, propel infrastructural development, and enhance local security.

“The policy direction by Chairman Kamoru’s administration embrace priorities that will raise the living standards, and make works and businesses to thrive for the long-term”.

Furthering his statement, Olatunji assured the chairman and his administration of an enduring support from the forum.
