The Aare of Akobo land, Hon/Chief Matthew Alani oyeniyi has congratulated the newly coronated king of Ibadan land, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin on his coronation as the 43rd Olubadan of the ancient city of Ibadan.
In a new brief to media, the Aare of Akobo land, Alani Oyeniyi promised to continue praying for the peace and progress of Ibadan kingdom.
The brief reads in part,
“I have the honour to extend to His Royal Majesty, my sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of his coronation as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan land”.
“I will also like to take this opportunity to wish His Royal Majesty every success in the fulfilment of his noble and important position. As a proud son of Ibadan land, I am committed to praying for the peace and progress of our Kingdom. I am sure that His Majesty will fulfil the great responsibility that comes with kingship with kindness and affection, and dedication to the service of God and humanity”.
The Aare of Akobo land also asked God to grant the king the wisdom to navigate his new position.
“Wishing His Royal Majesty, Oba Olakulehin a peaceful reign as the king and paramount ruler of Ibadan land, I pray the Lord grants His Majesty the wisdom, knowledge, the understanding, the good health, and long life on the throne”, Alani Oyeniyi remarked.
