The executive chairman of Lagelu local government area, Hon. Kazeem Gbadamosi has lauded the significant stride made by Oyo State Assembly member, Hon. Akintunde Olajide Emmanuel in addressing grassroots’ pressing socioeconomic issues through empowerment and support program to constituent members in the state constituency.
Speaking at constituency office of the assembly member on Friday, the council chairman described the initiative as one that would help shape greater acceptability for peoples democratic party in the forthcoming local government elections.
Hon. Kazeem stated this on Friday at the flagoff of the program in monatan, Ibadan— where he joined other dignitaries for presentation of items to beneficiaries.
Further in his statement, he maintained that the support initiative will impact positively on the lives of numerous individuals, especially women, artisans, and vulnerable groups.
